BakeMark has an immediate job opening for an Inside Sales Supervisor position! BakeMark is a manufacturer and distributor with 31 branches conveniently located across the U.S.

Summary:
Under limited supervision of the Director of Sales the Inside Sales Supervisor will support the Branch Sales activities and New Product Initiatives as the inside sales resource. This position will also support the District Sales Managers in achieving their assignments and sales objectives and support the implementation of various Company Sales and Marketing programs. This position is responsible for direct sales support to all corporate sales representatives, customer communication, report generation, account set-up and maintenance, branch communications order entry, sales activity reports, samples, meeting set-up and general support to the Branch Sales Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the growth and achieving established budgets.

· Responsible for the execution of Bakemark USA’s strategy of achieving and maintaining the dominant market share position in the baking industry by taking steps necessary to identify and obtain orders for 100% of supply needs of the customers.

· Under limited supervision of the Director of Sales, facilitate as an extension of the outside sales force to proactively grow ingredient and product sales.

· Responsible to support the territory alignment by executing of the Company’s initiatives, to promote BakeMark’s core business - self-manufactured products, exclusives brands, gourmet ingredient program, and promotions.

· Using independent judgement, resolves customer complaints regarding service or products.

· Responsible for establishing new accounts.

· As directed by the Director of Sales, it may be necessary to cover for Sales Representatives on vacation by, calling, and taking orders in the same schedule to which our customers have become accustomed.

· The Inside Sales Supervisor will attend sales training, demonstrations, shows, conventions, and meeting which pertain to Bakemark and supporting sales as directed by manager.

· Responsible for running, managing, and aiding the DSM in analyzing daily, weekly, and period reports to monitor accountability, relevance, and measurability.

· Respond to internal and external customers regarding order status and pricing issues.

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules as stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.

· Exemplify the BakeMark core values of Partnership, Performance, Passion, and Initiative in all aspects of assigned duties.

· Other duties as assigned to meet company goals.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages Inside Sales Representatives associates through direct interaction. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Education and / or Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong customer and sales support experience required. Position requires approximately 2-3 years’ experience (work or educational related). Previous educational or work related experience with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data required.

Other Skills and Abilities:

· Detail-oriented with demonstrated organizational skills and multi-tasking ability; self-motivated; and self-directed

· Work independently, and show willingness to take ownership of position

· Creative problem solving ability

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (strong competency with Microsoft Excel)

· Must possess a valid California Driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
